Erin Mack (she/her)

Speech-Language Pathologist

Erin Mack is a licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in adult care. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke survivors, and those managing swallowing disorders (dysphagia). Erin is certified in LSVT LOUD, a clinically proven program designed to improve voice, articulation, and swallowing function for people with Parkinson’s.

Erin's journey into speech-language pathology began with a background in deaf education, where she discovered her love for helping people communicate more effectively. She went on to earn her master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Appalachian State University and has since worked across skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and community-based elder care programs.

In addition to her adult-focused work, Erin also brings over seven years of experience serving pediatric clients in both school-based and telehealth settings, treating articulation, language, fluency, and AAC needs.

Erin joined Blue Ridge Speech and Voice in 2023 and currently serves clients in six states. She brings compassion, skill, and deep clinical experience to every session — always focused on helping clients reach their goals with clarity and confidence.
