Lilli Wosk (she/her)

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lilli is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with specialized expertise in gender-affirming voice therapy, singing voice rehabilitation, and professional voice care. A former Broadway music director with over 15 years of experience, she brings a performance-informed, clinically grounded approach to voice therapy and vocal coaching. Her professional background includes serving as music director for national Broadway tours, informing her work with performers and professional voice users.

She is a certified SPEAK OUT!® provider and is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Nevada. Lilli provides clinical voice therapy for pediatric voice disorders, gender-affirming voice care, and rehabilitative voice therapy, as well as voice coaching for performers, trans and nonbinary individuals, and clients recovering from vocal injury or voice strain.

Lilli is the founder and director of Neon Transharmonic, a Las Vegas–based choir centered on trans and queer voices, creating affirming spaces for musical expression and community connection. Her work integrates evidence-based voice therapy, vocal pedagogy, and performance-based instruction to support sustainable, authentic voice use.

She designs individualized treatment plans and custom voice curricula that blend clinical expertise with musical fluency. Lilli collaborates with physicians, community partners and organizational leaders to strengthen programming, expand outreach, and advance equity through inclusive voice care.
